Student Wellness Centre
A primary health team of physicians, nurses and counsellors, including an Indigenous counsellor. Students who are current patients or clients of the Student Wellness Centre can access service in-person or remotely during business hours.

Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP)
The University of Saskatchewan cares about its employees and their family members and provides an Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) as a resource to help you deal with personal and work-life concerns.
USask has partnered with Canadian-based Lifeworks, the world’s largest EFAP provider, to offer wide range of supports to you and your family if you find yourself struggling with your thoughts, feelings, and emotions or are in crisis. Lifeworks has a number of Indigenous counsellors in their network to assist you.
You will have the support you need to improve your health and well-being – whether you have questions about mental health, relationships, family problems, stress, financial matters, or physical health issues. This program provides you with free and confidential support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for the following life challenges:
