Provides virtual same day counselling sessions, mental health intake appointments, and outreach services for students needing help navigating difficult situations.

Student Wellness Centre
A primary health team of physicians, nurses and counsellors, including an Indigenous counsellor. Students who are current patients or clients of the Student Wellness Centre can access service in-person or remotely during business hours.

Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP)
USask’s EFAP provides a range of supports to you and your family if you find yourself struggling with your thoughts, feelings, and emotions or are in crisis. We have recently engaged two Indigenous counsellors to provide services within our EFAP, although their available capacity may be impacted during this time.

Prince Albert Mobile Crisis services
Are available to all individuals in Prince Albert and area. The crisis line is available from 4:00pm-8:00, Monday-Friday, and 24 hours/day on the weekends.
